LINEA is an independent web-radio and cultural space broadcasting from inside Milan’s Cairoli M1 metro station.
Since 2023, it has become a point of passage where sounds, ideas and people meet.
Our daily schedule hosts DJ sets, radio shows and conversations from across Italy’s underground network, alongside artists travelling through the city.

What began as a small studio in a metro corridor now connects crews, labels, venues and listeners from different scenes and generations.
LINEA grows through community: open, collaborative, and shaped by the people who use it.

The studio is more than a booth.
It’s a place where commuters stop out of curiosity, friends gather before an event, and artists experiment freely. Music is the common language—everything else emerges from there.

The Space

The studio sits inside the metro station and operates as a hybrid space: part radio, part listening room, part meeting point. We host weekly events, open sessions, workshops and screenings designed to support emerging cultural scenes in Milan. LINEA is open throughout the week, with programming running both live and pre-recorded. Visitors are welcome to stop by, listen, meet artists and discover what’s happening next.

LINEA is committed to maintaining a space grounded in care and respect.
We do not tolerate racism, sexism, nationalism, ageism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia or any form of exclusionary behaviour.
Violence, harassment, bullying or any kind of abusive behaviour—physical, verbal or emotional—are not accepted.

LINEA may take action to address behaviour that violates this code, including limiting access to the space or refusing participation in our activities.
This policy applies to everyone: our team, artists, partners, collaborators and audience. It evolves over time through ongoing dialogue with the community.
