Ceri Wax is a producer and dj among the most iconic and innovative of the clubbing scene in Italy. Between electronics and various experiments, WAXTAPE is his first release, a 29-track album released in the form of 4 Movements. Inside there is the living energy of clubbing and the desire for dancefloor understood as a collective and deep experience, in reaction to the immobility to which we were forced and a movement that over the years has grown to become a commercial product, Stereotypical and repetitive WAXTAPE is the desire for rebirth and to dissolve the ego in the us. Ceri Wax launches into a magma of liquid sounds, melodies and rhythm, music that flows without constraints, without following predetermined directions. The album contains the single "Solo Insieme", the release of which was accompanied by an official video made in the UK nominated for best video at the "Berlin Music Video Awards 2022" and the "Oslo Film Festival" wings. The album was presented for the first time live in a tour from Paris and then touched the main Italian cities. The music archive of Ceri Wax continues to grow and at WAXTAPE are joined by releases related to the new project INIT, an evening @Q Club of Milan designed and built by the same producer. And so they will be released only on Bandcamp and Soundcloud a series of new EPs dedicated to the club scene. INIT is a movement that wants to play and make quality music dance. To feel free and create an almost intimate connection, to live in first person, helping to give a new impulse to the underground of Italian electronics.
